Forum Rules

1. Each participant of the Forum is fully responsible for the information posted on the Forum webpages. The administration of the Forum is not responsible for the content of any topics and/or individual messages, with the exception of messages posted by the administration.

2. You agree not to post on the forum or send to its participants offensive, threatening, defamatory messages, pornography, incitement to ethnic hatred, messages degrading religious feelings or inciting hatred (racial, social or any other), and other messages violating the laws of the Russian Federation.

Attempts to post such messages may lead to your disconnection from the forum (in this case, your provider will be notified).
The moderators have access to the IP addresses of all messages, which makes it possible to enforce such a policy.

3. You agree not to publish materials with copyright infringement, not to spam forum participants, not to use the forum to distribute advertisements of an extraneous nature, arrange Ponzi schemes and other illegal commercial activities.

4. You agree not to deliberately engage in imitative and provocative activities on the forum:

  • chattering (persistent diversion of the discussion aside without explaining the reasons);
  • card playing (long mutual throwing of side counterarguments without discussing the topic on the merits and ignoring other participants in the discussion);
  • open or veiled mockery of the KOB, KPE or individuals (criticism must be correct and reasoned);
  • manipulation of the minds of readers with the help of NLP text techniques;
  • etc.

Corresponding messages will be transferred to the "Standoff and flood" section, or immediately deleted.

5. Our forum is intended to discuss events and opinions but not to discuss people who have expressed these opinions.
To discuss personal matters, it is recommended to use "Direct Messages".
Public discussion of personal matters is allowed only in the "Showdown, Standoff and Flood" section, and only in compliance with ethical standards.
Duplicate messages are not accepted, with the exception of important messages from the administration on all forums. Other identical messages will be deleted.

6. Make sure that the appearance of the message does not create difficulties viewing it. Avoid over-quoting. Extensive citing of Internet sources that can be hyperlinked is not recommended.
Please preview your post before posting.
If necessary, edit your messages (you can do this within an hour after they are sent).

7. You acknowledge that:

  • the opinion of the administration of the forum may differ from the opinion of the authors of the messages
  • the administration has the right to remove any information from the pages of the forum if, in its opinion, messages containing such information violate these Rules
  • messages that violate these Rules may be deleted without their authors notifying, and the accounts of these authors may be removed from the forum lists if such violations repeat in the future.

8. Moderation policy:

8.1. Off-topics are organized into separate topics, with cross-references.
Participants are asked to adhere to this rule: if you want to discuss a side branch - open a new topic and provide cross-reference.

8.2. Phrases in violation of ethical standards are deleted entirely; in their place, *censored*, or , or will be inserted.

8.3. Flood and “showdown” in compliance with ethical standards will either be deleted or moved to the "Standoff and Flood" section (at the discretion of the moderator).
Topics from the "Standoff and Flood" section can be deleted two weeks after the last remark in this thread.

8.4. Those who regularly violate the rules of our forum may be subjected to "pre-moderation"(all messages of such participants will be published only after their approval by the moderator).

Information about sanctions applied to participants will be placed in the section "Rules, Sanctions to participants, Questions to moderators".

9. Discussion of the actions of the moderators and the administration of the forum is allowed only in the section "Forum Rules, Sanctions to Participants, Questions to the Moderators" and only in the proper form (that is, politely and justifying your point of view).

To resolve everyday issues on moderation, please contact the moderators and administrators via private messages.

All questions, suggestions and comments on the work of the forum should be posted in the "Forum Rules" section, or sent to administrators via private messages or by e-mail.
