Leonid Ivanovich Russu

Leonid Ivanovich Russu, Research Scientist of the Tissue Culture Laboratory.

Higher education. From 2008 to 2012, he worked for Gamaleya Research Institute of Epidemiology and Microbiology. From 2012 to present time, he has worked for the D.I. Ivanovsky Institute of Virology as a Research Scientist of the Tissue Culture Laboratory. In 2011, he completed a training course at the FSSE Central Research Institute of Epidemiology under the Real-Time PCR program; in 2013, he completed the upgrading course at the M.V. Lomonosov Moscow State University under the Microbiology program. Since 2013, he has studied at the Faculty of Chemistry and Biology of the Moscow State Pedagogical University for the second graduate degree. He is an author of 18 scientific publications and 2 patents in the Russian Federation. His research interests include cell technologies, molecular biology, efficacy trial of new drugs including nanomedicines, nanotechnologies, biosensors.
