Olga Alekseevna Lopatina

LopatinaOA Olga Alekseevna Lopatina, Candidate of Medicine, Lead Researcher of the Tissue Culture Laboratory.

She graduated from the Moscow Medical Stomatology Institute named after N.A. Semashko in 1976. She worked as a general practitioner in a policlinic in Moscow. From 1980 to 1982, she passed the medical residency in the D.I. Ivanovsky Institute of Virology in the field of Infectious Diseases. Upon completion of the medical residency, she worked as a Research Scientist at the Clinical Department of the D.I. Ivanovsky Institute of Virology. In 1989, she defended a candidate’s dissertation in the field of Infectious Diseases. She worked as an Infectious Disease Physician in the Policlinic of the Administrative Directorate of the President of the Russian Federation. From 2004 to present time, she has worked as a Lead Researcher in the Tissue Culture Laboratory. She has 50+ published research papers. Priority areas: infectious diseases, viral infections, anti-virus drugs, nanotechnologies, cell cultures.
